1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To order an item in our shop, simply checkout online and we'll be in touch within one business day to discuss the dimensions of your piece. If you're interested in placing a custom order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org (or use the contact form below), and we'll set up a time to go over size, configuration, and materials. Quotes for custom items usually take 2-3 business days.
2. WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?
Our lead times vary depending on product, and are generally between 8 - 10 weeks. Please contact us for information specific to your item(s) of interest.
3. HOW DO I SET UP A TRADE ACCOUNT?
Please get in touch with us using the form below.
We ship within the US and are happy to arrange shipment on your behalf with our preferred carrier. Delivery costs must be determined by quote and may take up to two business days to procure. Should you prefer to arrange your own shipment, we are happy to have items available for pick-up at our John's Island location.
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our work, we are not able to accept returns or offer exchanges. Once your order is placed, all cancellations must be made within 48 hours.
